We grew up in this city. We built our company here, in 2013, and we are not leaving.

A home is never just a flat
In Kolkata, a home carries a family’s whole history. We explored this in our essay on the Bengali home, from the bari to the boutique tower. In seventy-five years, our homes moved steadily inward.

It had a hole in the middle, a courtyard where the whole family met. It faced inward and stayed open to the street. Its rowak, the semi-public edge, belonged partly to the neighbourhood. Its great virtue was that it held everyone.

It has a gate, a guard, a lobby and a lift with a key fob. It sells the courtyard without the crowd. Its great virtue is privacy, safety and a life of your own.
Something was gained. Something was lost. But a Kolkata home is still where a mother waits for her son to return, where a grandfather’s chair stays by the window, and where a family decides who it wants to become. Selling that dream on half-truths is not a business we want to be in.
What we kept seeing, and why we changed it
After years on the ground, the same three stories repeated. Nobody was lying outright. The information was simply hard to find, and rarely offered.

A buyer stretches for a ₹1.5 Cr flat, and only then meets stamp duty, registration, GST, parking, society deposits, and a property tax that follows them for the next decade.

So we decided to make the truth easy to find.
Trust should not come with a price tag
We are an authorised channel partner for many of Kolkata’s leading developers, and the developer compensates us. You pay us nothing.
That also means we have no reason to push the flat that pays us most. Our job is to give you straight answers, shortlist what fits your budget and goals, and stay with you from the first enquiry until you get your keys.
We score every project, and we say no
Kolkata has hundreds of active residential projects at any time. Most look wonderful in a brochure. Far fewer will deliver on time, hold their value and stand strong for twenty years, the timeframe that matters for a home.
So every project gets a Sidus Score out of 100, judged on developer record, location, price-to-value and compliance.
Below 55, we don’t list it, even when the commission is attractive.
Losing a deal is a smaller loss than losing a family’s trust.
